It’s about wanting to stop unbearable emotional pain.” With expertise from their Aboriginal Ministries Council, the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada (EFC) has produced a training DVD, “Through the Pain: Helping a Suicidal Person,” including information on factors that contribute to suicidal thoughts and steps in assisting someone who may be suicidal.
