Have you ever Googled for driving directions? Have you ever used a trail guide for national park hiking trails to ensure you located the campsites and found trails suitable to your level of fitness? Have you ever used a tourist map to find the local “must-experience” locations?

The Leadership Trail Map does all of these things and more. This map is intended to serve as a planning tool emerging leaders and experienced leaders can use when they are determining where to go and how to get there on the challenging leadership journey. This full-colour map is graphically strong on one side and text-strong on the other. It highlights the essential relationships, opportunities, training, and self-knowledge leaders must master in order to mature into effective Christian leaders.

We hope that many pastors, college teachers, mission trip leaders, and camp directors use this resource as a tool to strengthen their leadership training. Further, we hope that many mentors are more effective in their task as they use the trail guide with the leaders in whom they are investing.
