Pray and ask God if this is something your local church should take on. For a church-wide Advent Conspiracy project to be successful, the leadership needs to grab hold of Worshiping Fully, Spending Less, Giving More and Loving All this Christmas. All leadership, staff and elders should be on board!
Plan
Together as leaders and staff, plan your Advent Conspiracy project. Be creative and keep it simple! Appoint a congregational point person to implementing all the logistics. Plan a sermon series for advent utilizing these topics each week: 1) Worship Fully, 2) Spend Less, 3) Give More and 4) Love All.

Advent Conspiracy website. They offer many different resources from bulletin inserts, power point slides, videos, and sermon outlines.

Communicate
Communicate the vision to leadership, staff, and the congregation a minimum of 4 weeks before the collection date. Continue to keep your project in the forefront leading up to Advent where your Advent Conspiracy celebration is talked about every week as you worship together!
Celebrate the Birth of Christ
Worship Christ in the Advent season as a church by taking an offering that will go to the projects you have identified.
