Measures Committee Report
In response to critiques of the Key Cities Initiative and delegate response at Gathering 2008, the executive board has instituted a measurements committee, and assigned them the task of providing ongoing evaluation of the Regenerate 21-01 initiatives based on feedback from denominational/provincial staff and churches.

Mennonite Brethren Biblical Seminary (MBBS)
We will hear the story of how
MBBS Fresno came to be part of
Fresno Pacific University at the Celebration 2010 day of ministry reports.
More specific plans for MBBS Canada at Gathering will be presented on Friday July 16.
- An update from the Canadian Task Force, including 5 key values we want to abide by as we reshape seminary in Canada.
- An outline of our plan for this next year for seminary in Canada, using a new Higher Education Commission composed of our elected MBBS Canada board members plus several others to design a new seminary approach, based on the new values
- A recommendation from the Executive Board that we provide an extra $200,000 annual funding to seminary in the 2011-2012 budget.
Key Cities Initiative (KCI) Executive Board Evaluation
At Gathering 2008, comments and feedback from the delegation floor strongly encouraged the Executive Board to conduct a formal evaluation of the Key Cities Initiative program.

Bylaw changes
On Friday, July 16 at Gathering 2010 the Canadian MB Conference will hold its annual general meeting as part of Celebration 2010. At that time we will ask delegates to accept changes to our General Operating Bylaws.
